Tiling & Flooring Cost in Mumbai (2026)

Wall and floor tiling rates for flats in Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Rates depend on tile size — larger tiles cost more per sq ft to lay because they need better substrate prep and heavier handling. Most jobs are quoted labour-only (client supplies tiles); we can also do with-material if preferred.
